Major League Soccer 2024 TV Schedule in the UK
MLS 2024 pre-season matches took place in the States from January 19 to February 17. The regular season kicked off on February 21 and is set to wrap on October 19. However, there will be a break from mid-July to August for the 2024 Leagues Cup, featuring all MLS and Liga MX teams.
The 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs are slated to start in October and culminate with the championship game on December 7. As part of an agreement with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), MLS will only send eight senior squads to this year’s US Open Cup, with most teams represented by MLS Next Pro teams.
In 2024, the MLS sees 29 teams, three from Canada and the rest from the USA. No new expansion teams have joined the league this time around. The regular season has 15 teams in the Eastern Conference and 14 in the Western Conference, with each team playing 34 matches.
